    When visitor pushes the email button on the social media plugin nothing happens. I do NOT receive and email

    You mean if users click on the email icon you want them to contact you? That is possible in this plugin https://www.ultimatelysocial.com/usm-premium/ (in the free plugin it’s always linked to a subscription service, so that they can subscribe to your site, receive your posts automatically). Is that what you meant? Also, what’s your website url so that we can see?

    I talking about the green icon to follow on email icon. It does not sent any emails to me

    It’s not instantly:

    It depends on which option the subscriber selected when he subscribed. The default selection is “Newspaper”-delivery, see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/b0MHggA2. If that is selected, the subscriber will receive only one email per day at a specified time (which the user can change of course). The purpose of this is that subscribers don’t get too many emails, but all messages of that day into one email, their “Newspaper”. If there is no new story for that day, of course no messages are sent.

    Subscribers can also select to receive “Single emails” which means that messages are sent out as soon as they are found on your site (your site gets screened roughly every 3-6 hours).

    The email button does NOTHING. The potential subscriber does NOT get the screen to enter their email. On a laptop the get nothing accept a quick false note on screen that email was sent. On a tablet, it opens my website in a new window.

    Maybe an issue with the installation. Could you please install https://wordpress.org/plugins/ultimate-social-media-plus/ and see if it works with that one?
