Smush doesn’t work – maximum size error

Hi @davidg939,

There shouldn’t be any issues with images less than 5MB, I just gave this a test on my end with a 2.2MB image and it worked fine.
Could you upload your image to any file sharing service and send the download link to me by using our contact form so we can check why the image is not being optimized?

Hi @davidg939,

Can you tell me which version are you using because the Smush UI from the video looks outdated and the free limit was increased from 1 to 5 MB in one of the latest releases?

If you have an older version try updating to the latest one (currently 3.3.1) and see if it works after that.
