Header Promo image not resizing properly

    Hello
    I have added an image for the header promo section. It is the suggested size of 1400 X 500. It does not resize properly on a phone screen it seems.
    Is there something I’m missing and could you please provide a potential solution.

    Could you let me know – are you using the text and button with the header image or only an image?

    I have the same issue. It wont stretch all the way to the slide of the screens

    Mine does not collapse properly. The image does not shrink on a phone view

    @ppolizz the image is working on your site. There is a maximum width set on the header promo image so it doesn’t stretch too wide and make it difficult to avoid pixelation. At around 1400px wide, the header image will stop expanding and leave space on the sides.

    @jeffsheff are you using text and the button or only an image? Is the height staying the same or is the width staying the same and getting cut off on the sides?

    I just want to say thanks to Ben for taking the time to provide excellent support. He took time out of his day to provide me with exactly what I required with incredibly fast response time.
