Hi there @spinlead
The page linked above and the two other in the category have the same issue which is that when this plugin is enabled the correct product image will not display when the variation is selected.
To clarify something here – Stripe doesn’t control the loading of a product page data like this.
When I deactivate the plugin it works great but otherwise,
I have the most up to date OceanWP, Woocomeerce, Your plugin, and every other plugin does not affect this plugin.
Are you able to switch to the default Storefront theme and run through this, please?
Also, if you’re able to test with only Stripe, WooCommerce, and Storefront active – I haven’t seen this issue myself.
You mention OceanWP – do you have all theme templates up to date?
Thanks,
I’ve tested the theme you have suggested and it still will not work. I’ve tested it by installing and activating the Storefront theme and activating/deactivating your plugin.
For whatever reason, this plugin is somehow interfering with my product images.
I will leave the plugin activated so you can see the glitch.

Hi @spinlead
I will leave the plugin activated so you can see the glitch.
I appreciate you doing that!
Can I ask you to do something, please? Can you roll your Stripe API keys, please? More information here – https://stripe.com/docs/keys#rolling-keys
After you’ve done that, update your Stripe settings with the new keys.
Once you’ve done that, check to see if that helps with things.
Let me know how you get on!
Thanks,
Thank you so much for your help so far!
It actually fixed my issue when I entered the correct API Keys but now when I’ve run into a new issue.
When the plugin is active it creates a margin issue with the woocommerce add to cart button.
When I deactivate this plugin it works fine and when activated it looks very strange.
Hi there @spinlead,
When the plugin is active it creates a margin issue with the woocommerce add to cart button.
To confirm is this happening with Storefront activated or your original theme? I assume it is with your original theme as I see parts of the Payment Request button here.

This would normally be where either Apple Pay or Google Pay is show, but it seems your theme doesn’t have the appropriate styling to integrate those buttons into its layout. If you aren’t wanting to accept these payment forms at all I would head into your Stripe settings in WooCommerce and disable the payment requests buttons. Otherwise, contact your theme developer so they can add the correct styling for these buttons. 🙂

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
