    I wouldn’t offer you to REPLACE, because title and tag line are pretty important component of SEO and some other stuff like name on the tab in browser, so if you just want add the ad instead of blog info, so
    1.HIDE BLOG INFO http://wordpress.org/support/topic/236076?replies=7
    2.and after that add the google ad, I don’t know how exactly, but there are some offers 1. plugin for google ads, 2.header.php can’t say where exactly to put the code, maybe there are some more experenced users 🙂

    thanks for the help in removing blog title, and yes as you said its important for SEO we will keep it there…

    but is there any way that we can keep the blog title there on left and add the google ad banner on the right side…..

    means side by side
