External Trigger that opens the target

Hello. I am trying to add a hyperlink on my page that will scroll to a different part of the page and open up a collapsed element. For this specific example, inside of the “Financing and incentives” category, the question “Is solar expensive?” contains a hyperlink on the word grid. Currently it just scrolls down to the section on the page where the “Grid” collapsible is, however I would like it to also open up the definition. Ive seen a few tutorials on how to do this but I can’t seem to get it to work, any help would be appreciated, thank you
