Registering Users with password later on | WordPress.org

Hi, I am trying add members to my site. I add their details in the dashboard, but wish them to receive a custom email to go to the site to complete registeration by adding their password.
Is there such a plugin available?
Its not a forgotten password i am looking for.

If you are using WP admin interface to add users to your site you must work with the options available to you in native WP. If you want to have a “membership” site I recommend that you search the WordPress plugin repository for membership plugins. Such plugins may provide you with the flexibility you are seeking.
