    Hi,

    I’m getting the following error message at the top of the screen:

    “Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing. Please enable the “Support” checkbox in the Constant Contact settings and start a forum support thread. Our support team will aid with further steps.”

    This is the content of the error logs:

    How many fields are in the form in question? Just the email field? Kind of curious about the submitted email for this with the bakkt.com which looks to be some Bitcoin based site. I’m kind of curious if the email got flagged as spam and thus rejected. At the same time, triggering our error and thus the admin notice.

    That said, hopefully it’s just a temporary thing and not something that is staying persistent. If indeed temporary, then you should be fine to disregard for the time being. Never hurts to check in with us, which is why we added the notice, just in case.

    It’s just the one field, yes. I think your hypothesis is reasonable, and I’ll keep an eye on the form over the next few days to see if anything changes. We don’t get a ton of activity on the form, so it might take a while. Hopefully, it’s as you said, temporary.

    May not hurt to make use of reCAPTCHA just in case this type of item would have been caught by that. We also have some more reCAPTCHA options including version 3 in the works for next release, but I can’t say for certain yet when that one will be out.

    Otherwise, yeah keep an eye on it and let us know if anything comes up. Thanks.

    @danielmclark I removed your log because it seems to contain (1) email addresses of your clients or list subscribers and (2) IDs that may affect the security of your CC account.

    @constantcontact Please advise @danielmclark how to edit the logs so private information is not exposed.

    @sterndata we have already realized and noted the issue at hand with the private email data and have some changes in the works to obfuscate the first half of identifying email addresses. It’s just not released yet. Likely in our next.

    @danielmclark you can also send the logs privately to apisupport@constantcontact.com and we can review them there as well. If you do, please also provide a link to this thread so we can keep track of the context for the email.

    @rlensi can you please start a fresh thread for your issue. The messaging may be the same, but the source of the messaging is going to be potentially different for each site owner.

    Along with that, you should have a “Debug Logs” menu item in your Constant Contact admin menu area that will provide more information for us to debug your specific errors. Please email the content of that textarea to apisupport@constantcontact.com and cc support@pluginize.com. You should have a button available to download the log file contents that you can use as an attachment in the email.
