Events plugin

I am in a bit of a pickle. I am tired of having several different plugins or links for people to go through to schedule a class with my company. Below is the features I am looking for. Not opposed to buying a plug in if its a good one and worth the money however I would like to stay free if possible.

Currently using Registration Magic and Ninja Forms

I am looking for a plugin that can do the following….

– Custom registration form
– Event Calendar for the home page on the side of the page
– Ticket Sales for the event
– Option to add it to the persons google calendar or iCal.
– Newsletter signup
– Email Notification to admin/ custom email upon form submission
– Online Store (Something for down the road)

If anyone knows of something that might work I would appreciate all the help.
