Urgent Help needed – Undo Directory Mistake

I want to set up my website on wordpress and move the blog around so it’s not the home page. I started following the directions here:

I went up to step 5. Once I tried to go past that, I realized it was beyond my skill level and decided not to futz around with any of my files. When I tried to go back into my settings and leave everything as it once was, I pressed save, and the URLs in both the WordPress and Blog Address boxes changed back, but the website is still screwed up. And when I try to login to my wp-admin, all it does is auto-redirect me to the messed up site….so essentially I can’t even log in to my back end via wordpress!
