Missing Description

To add the short or long descriptions of your products you need our Premium Templates extension. You can then add a ‘Product description’ block in the customizer.

We didn’t remove anything, the only reason I can think of is that this ‘description’ was added by a third party plugin and they changed something. I’m also not sure we’re talking about the same ‘description’. Could you upload a few screenshots so that we know exactly what you are talking about?

• The order/backend in WooCommerce showing this description
• How it was previously displayed in the PDF (and which version of PDF Invoices & Packing Slips you used to create that PDF)
• What it currently looks like in the PDF

Are these vanilla WooCommerce descriptions, variations, or is this added with a third party plugin? If so, which one?

Let us know and we’ll do our best to find out why it disappeared.

wordpress.org doesn’t have an image service but you can use any cloud service or an image host like https://imgbb.com

Without the additional information there’s not much we can do to help yet, I’m afraid. Which version of PDF Invoices & Packing Slips did you use to create that PDF where it showed properly and which version do you use now?

One difference I see is the “Booked Seats” – is it possible that the plugin responsible for the seats booking is overriding the item name? Does the name re-appear when you disable that seats booking plugin?
