Status: ‘Not connected’ after 1.5 update

    Dear support,

    We’re having an issue since the v1.5 plugin update where it’s now constantly reporting as ‘Not Connected’, and I cannot seem to reconnect to the redis server via the plugin. No Redis configurations have changed so I don’t know why this has now become an issue.

    Furthermore, I’m not sure if it might be related but the phpredis client version reported by the plugin is for some reason reporting as version 3.0.0 even though I’ve explicitly installed the latest 5.0.2 via PECL and the default Ubuntu repos.

    What am I missing?

    If it’s reporting as 3.0 the 5.0 isn’t loaded properly in PHP. I’d ask your server admin about it.
