I am looking for a plugin. I want to have a thumbnail to every post and an embed video into the post ( like in any video website ). I cannot find a plugin wich inserts thumbnails into the article. Thumbnails doesn`t have to apear into the post, where the video is. Can someone help me, please?

nothing exactly. i dont understand whats there. i need a simple plugin wich i install and after that i can put thumbnails throw admin. This is to change a normal blog into a video blog. Any other plugins, please?

P.S.: I need to see the thumbnails ONLY on home page, where you can see the posts and NOT into the POST. In the post will be an embed video code.
