Error importing textures

I’m trying to embed a .obj in a webpage with .mtl textures. While the .obj loads, in the other hand the .mtl does not.
This is what I had put in my webpage: [vrm360 canvas_name=s1 model_url=prueba.obj aspect_ratio=1.8 initial_offset=0.9]

He uses 3DMax, so how should he export his models in this program?
You need to ask it to your client.
Your ‘prueba.mtl’ file doesn’t contain the data of the texture files…
Even if you open your obj file with a desktop sw, materials won’t appears.
