Elementor and Fancy Lightbox integration

    Heya I replied to a thread with a similar support problem, but thought it would be better to create a new case here. I’ve copied and pasted the issue:

    I’m having the same problem on this page, but unfortunately it’s not working for me:

    Could you help me out?

    I’ve done two tests; one with the Elementor widget ‘Image Carrousel’, which is where I’d prefer to have it, and one with the normal ‘Gallery’ widget, just below on the page (with tabs of hiperrealismo/impresionismo).

    I’ve tried the following custom grouping selectors with no luck:
    .elementor-gallery__container$$.e-gallery-item

    I’d really appreciate any hints you could give me!

    Hello

    The page doesn’t contain “ARI Fancy Lightbox” plugin.

    Hi Arisoft.

    The plugin is installed and active.

    I’d understood that it would automatically apply itself to gallery widgets used. I’ve searched the Elementor widget library and don’t find any other form of inputting it, nor anyway to introduce a shortcode.

    Can you correct me where I’m going wrong please?

    The plugin attaches to image automatically. It doesn’t require to configure something in Elementor plugin, but as we wrote previously, the plugin is not loaded on the page. It looks like the plugin is not activated. If you use any cache plugin, try to clean cache and make sure the plugin is activated. If it doesn’t help, contact us by email (info (at) ari-soft (dot) com) to discuss how we can investigate this problem in more details.
