Order status is showing pending even after the payment is received

    It started to happen from today, my customer makes an order and pay via payumoney platform not Paypal, Order status is showing pending even after the payment is received in payumoney.

    The order statuses after a payment is received are set by the payment gateway plugin developer.

    You should be able to reach out to the developers of the payumoney payment gateway plugin you’re using for assistance.
