WP Multi-site force ssl login only on main site

Dear WordPressers !!!

I am the admin of our WordPress MULTI-SITE,

I would like to know if there is a way to force ssl login for multi-sites only on main site. In another word, to do the following (see image below). Since we are using WP MULTI-SITE :

1. if a user tries to login into a site, it should redirect him to the main site. for example: if someone enters the login page of this site (http://unte.blogs.usj.edu.lb/wp-login.php) I want it to be redirect to the login page of the main site (https://blogs.usj.edu.lb/wp-login.php)

2. After the user logs in, I want to redirect him back to the site (http://unte.blogs.usj.edu.lb/wp-admin)

The thing, is that the ssl certificate is only usable with no more than 1 sub-domain.
