How to remove https://cdn.shortpixel.ai/client redirect after uninstalling plugin?

Some images are still being loaded from https://cdn.shortpixel.ai/client. I have completely uninstalled the plugin in wordpress, but GTmetrix is still showing images are being loaded thru redirect from cdn.shortpixel

We have nothing to do with the Shortpixel plugin, I believe you should contact their support here:

You are right. That was from Autoptimize pluging.
