View Akismet-Blocked Comments?

    I may be missing something here… but how do you view the comments that Akismet has marked as spam?

    The stats seem a bit wonky… The WordPress stats say 46 comments, 46 approved, 0 spam and the Akismet stats say 52 legitimate comments and 16 spams caught…

    Should the comments Akismet has marked as spam still show up in the dashboard with all the other comments, except that they are marked as spam? Or does Akismet completely remove them? I’m confused.

    click on the word “spam” in your dash board
    you will be taken to the spam queue where you can delete or approve the comments

    or add this to your blog url
    /wp-admin/edit-comments.php?comment_status=spam
