    Hello, how can i separate the categories when people choose them into parent categories to be chosen first then another field for children categories to also be chosen alone ?

    You could create a pre-defined structure of categories to choose from. If users lack the “manage_categories” capability, they cannot create their own, they must choose from the existing ones. If the chosen category has a particular parent that has already been defined, isn’t that the same as “people choose them into parent categories to be chosen first”? If not the same, perhaps you should illustrate what you want with an example.
