Export button disappear

    Hi there,
    newbie in wordpress-woocommerce world.
    I am building a motorbike parts ecommerce platform.
    I create deep tree category product:
    Yamaha>MT 07>700cc>2010
    As you can see, it is very deep, and there are lot of them (more than 20.000 motoribkes ID = categories).
    I thought woocomerce could support that, but maybe I was wrong…
    Actually, after solving many problems, when I try to export products, even with just one product, the “run export” button doesn’t appear in admin panel.
    I investigated and I found in html admin code the: “This site is experimented problems…” alert.

    Please, anyone could help me?

    Can you please send us a screenshot where we can see this button missing (and this error)?

    I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this chat. It works with Chrome, Firefox and Edge.

    Exporting a big number of products can generate problems, as the time needed for this process may exceed the max_execution_time allowed by your server. You can ask your hosting providers to see if they can increase this limit (and see if you’re able to export all your products), export your products in smaller groups, or use a more advanced Product Import/Export plugin like this: https://woocommerce.com/products/product-csv-import-suite/

    Hi bernattorras,
    I am on localhost (linux mint, google chrome).
    I see the screen:

    Export Products
    Export products to a CSV file
    This tool allows you to generate and download a CSV file containing a list of all products.
    (and everything that shows first step for exporting)

    I have deleted all products to test it. Delete cache, transients, change time execution, …

    Nothing works.

    Hi there @motoscalleja

    Do you mean that you are trying to export from your list of twenty thousand products?

    WooCommerce doesn’t strictly have a limit on this, it is more related to your server so if you are running this on your localhost, the performance may be impacted by this.

    Can you elaborate about what your main issue is, please?

    Hi @dougaitken,
    I am trying to export some productos, maybe final amount is 800, and it doesn’t work, button still not appearing…
    When I said 20.000 I am talking about categories and subcategories.

    I’m afraid we’re still unclear about what button is missing or not working. Can you please provide more detailed information here?

    You can add a link to a screenshot here as well which would help quite a bit in understanding your issues.
