Free version have 1 register only, no add / edit register like as premium version. That why have no function. tks
ok but how do i access the register to actually use the system then? I can’t even test it this way.

if you use free version, you can login to your POS register by access to https://pos.openswatch.com/ login with your site url , your admin/ staff info
if you use paid version, it already hosted on your site by click “open POS”.
ok i understand this was the login, but how do i get the username and password to the one register account? which account is it? there is no where to create a user.

to make a user able login, this user should be your staff , pls check this screenshot

make is staff to yes and save. to display on list, user should be admin / shop manager role
im sorry but this wasn’t clear. So the username on the register is the username on the assigned cashier? but how do i get the password? i use the same password on my wordpress login?

#1 your site have user manager ( add user + password + role)
POS plugin just markup what is staff. Use this information to login to POS site
Got it! i’m in, thank you. I was looking for this explanation somewhere and i couldn’t find it. I had no idea the my wordpress username/pw would be the POS login.

Loops in the login screen and cant enter.

Pls try clean browser cache and try again. Btw, pls make sure your site accessible via internet. Not working with localhost site. Thanks

you can check a gain , i saw this message : ERROR: The password you entered for the username diego is incorrect. Lost your password?
try again, i Double check email and passwd still loop when login
