    Hello, everybody,

we have been using the plugin for some time and are very satisfied. But there is one problem: We are selling subscriptions for a software. When the subscription is renewed, the plugin creates a new key. We want the very first key to remain and not to be created again and again.

At the moment we do this by manually deactivating the new keys and manually reactivating the first one. The whole thing looks unprofessional on the outside, as our customers automatically receive a new mail with the new key every month.

    Is this feasible?

Many and greetings and many thanks
    Linda Weßels

  • Hello @lindawe,

thank you for your message and for using my plugin.

Yes, this is definitely something that is in the backlog. I have been putting it off because I am not exactly a 100% sure what a proper integration would look like. I would like to ask a few things since we’re already here:

Do you use the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin?

Do you have some time for a short presentation this week? I would just like to see what it is exactly that you need and discuss the implementation. I also speak German if that is easier.

    Hi Drazen,

    Hallo @lindawe,

ja, habe ich. Bitte einfach an die support@licensemanager.at schreiben! 🙂
