Problem with folded comments

I have this page with comments from the customers:

There are 3 comments, but I have to click the “3 comments” button to see the comments.
How do I have alle the comments open (unfolded) when I go to the page?

And how do I remove the RSS and Filed under Kommentarer buttons?
