reCAPTCHA Error

I activated the reCAPTCHA integration through contact form 7, but it’s requesting a reCAPTCHA on every page a user visits. When I try to remove the site and secret key I get the error message, “The link you followed has expired.” Can you please assist in removing the integration as I have multiple forms and don’t want to deactivate/remove this plugin.
