Fake registration

Hi!

Sometimes there are individuals who sign up with either fake names or just to test security. They never continue the registration via the link in the email they receive. The further registration contains fields that are required.
Is there a way to exclude these listings on the list and search pages so that only those who have completed the complete registration appear there?
