Unknowingly emptied wp_users in Php My Admin

    Hello everybody, I am using wordpress 2.8.4 . when i was working around in Php my admin and emptied the all wp_users table from user_login till user_display name. Now i cant able to login in wordpress as all the username and password got deleted. I tried to create new user thru Insert option but still i cant login. Can any body help me to Create a new user. Thank You ..
