Ik ervaar ook problemen met het laden van een externe webpagina. De betreffende slide blijft enkel een wit beeld weergeven.

Just so others will understand I’m replying in English..
1. Of course there should be no white bar at the bottom of the screen. Is it just the browser of the smart TV, or do you also see it when using Chrome on your desktop computer for example? If so could you send me the URL of your display? If not, the problem is with the smart TV browser I’m afraid. Not all smart TV browsers are as capable.
2. Images sized 1920×1080 pixels should not be downscaled when viewing on a 1920×1080 screen. Could you send me the URL of a display with this image included? Or a screenshot of the issue. I’ll have a look at it.
3. White slide when using the External web page slide mostly indicates your browser is blocking the external page. Make sure to use secure HTTPS (with S) URLs only for external web pages, otherwise your browser could block it. Hope this helps!
