I see you’ve installed a plugin to manage the website’s cache, so, I’ve visited the URL, passing to it a fake parameter, to be sure the website is loading a fresh version of the webpage, and not the cached one:
https://groww.in/calculators/sip-calculator/?r=123
and the form is being displayed properly.
So, I guess the issue is caused because the website is loading the cached version of the pages and resources..

I started facing the same issue again. I updated the plugin yesterday and calculators are not displaying on my website. I cleared cache multiple times, deactivated W3 Total Cache plugin and even tried to load a fresh version of webpage by adding ?r=123 (fake parameter) at the end of url.
It’s showing the same error in console: “Refused to execute script from ‘https://groww.in/?cp_cff_resources=public&min=1&ver=1.0.339’ because its MIME type (‘text/html’) is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled.”
Please check and help me solve this issue asap.

I guess the issue is caused by the plugin that is managing your website’s cache, because, passing the special parameter: “?nocache=1” the form is loaded properly:
https://groww.in/calculators/sip-calculator/?nocache=1
Please, purgue the website’s cache, from the settings of plugin that generates it.

I have emptied all the cache from the W3 Total Cache, but still it’s not working.
