    there is a problem i think plugin is incompatible with Yith membership.

    The problem is when attacching email automatically on order completed.

    Hello!

    Is this problem only happening when the plugin tries to attach the pdf to the email? Or it happens also if you try to execute the preview?

    Yes, it happens only when i try to attach the pdf to the email, only on order completed.

    I don’t understand why if i change manually the status of the order on hold and after i rechange the status on completed, it works perfectly.

    Is as it try to append a method that it doesn’t have valorized yet and only after the order is completed can send the mail with the attacched pdf.

    Excuse for my english but i’m italian. Thanks

    i just updated your plugin and im getting the “The site is experiencing technical difficulties.” error as well, when trying to look at the PDF on the order list page. this is a crucial part of our workflow, please advise.

    Hello!

    This issue should have been fixed in the newest version, if you still have this issue please create a separate support ticket.

    Also unfortunatelly “The site is experiencing technical difficulties.” is a generic error and i am not able to tell what is the problem with that message so to properly be able to help you please also check your php error log and see if there is something in there related to the issue. If you are not sure how to get this error log your hosting/server support can help you get it for sure.
