Hello, I see that you have already added it to your main menu. Do you still need any assistance?
Hello. I actually added the voice search bar to my main menu by copying the HTML, CSS and script code from the voice search bar in my footer. As you can see, there is a small gray bar above the voice search bar in my main menu (just like there is a small gray bar above the voice search bar in my footer). Do you have the HTML, CSS and script code of the voice search bar that I can paste into the widget in my main menu so that I’ll have the voice search bar WITHOUT that gray line above it?
Also, I noticed that the voice search button (microphone icon) doesn’t load whenever I load my website using Firefox or Internet Explorer. It only loads when I use the Chrome browser. IS there any way to fix this as well?
Hi Filmguy,
For realtime assistance, you can chat with us on the website. wwww.expertrec.com.
Meanwhile, I checked your site and I really didnt see the gray bar you are talking about. Since we cannot have images attached here, I would suggest that you head over to our website http://www.expertrec.com and have a chat. you can paste your screenshot and get it resolved.
Regarding other browsers, voice requires certain support from the browsers to capture audio. Current versions of firefox has removed this support temporarily. You will see that google also does not have a voice search now on firefox. We will be supporting firefox the moment they release this support (they did have it in the past).
Hello. I figured out how to get rid of the gray bar above my search box. Thanks.
Hi. I noticed that the voice search function (the microphone) doesn’t show up when I load the webpage on my iPhone6S. Does voice search not work with mobile phones?
could you please check if you are finding the mic icon on google.com page?
