License Key Lookup Plugin Needed

I have been selling software for about 10 years now through various different cart systems. I am looking for a plugin that I can import a consolidated CSV that has all email addresses and licence keys from prior customers. The system needs to have the ability for customers to look up their own license keys.

I’m not looking for a new sales systems and nothing needs managed for the keys. The only purpose would be for customers to have somewhere to look up their keys from past purchases.

Ideally, I do not want the customers to even create an account. I just want a simple form where they type in an email address. The system would then send an email to that address with any license keys associated with the email address.

Does anyone know of a plugin that can do this?
