Geotag WordPress post and display it on Google Maps

    I have a site that contains around 100 projects. Each is a post in WordPress.
    I want to associate a location with each post and then show a pin on a map for each.
    Clicking on the pin would open a popup and show a few details about the project which would then link back to the post. Is there a plugin available that can do something this?
