• A website developer setup our new website. When the developer attempts to change the admin email on the users profile page over to the correct email (it is currently set as the website developer and needs to change to my email) a message shows there is a pending email change and the new email is listed, message indicates a pending email change and an email will be sent to accept the change. The email to accept the change never shows up. I do not know how to resolve this

  • Have you developer go into the database and change the email address directly.
    Or have the developer create a new admin user account for you, and when you log in, delete the old account.
