Hi @webhk,
Google mailer does not allow to override the ‘From Email’. It should be sending emails from the account you authenticated while setting up Gmail mailer. For the WooCommerce emails, what do you have in the headers, could you please share the email header details here? This could be reply-to email address set from the WooCommerce settings.
Thanks!

Hi @webhk,
I apologize but I’m not sure what you’re trying to describe. With both the messages, you’ve shown From Email is ‘kontakt@nowmarket.pl’. It’s most likely the Google account you’ve authenticated while setting up SMTP. Could you please clarify what is the issue with these messages, what old and new email addresses are you referring to?
Thanks!

Hi @webhk,
I apologize for any confusion. The email in the screenshot is also sent from kontakt@nowmarket.pl. ‘polskidiystrybutor.pl’ is the Reply-to email set somewhere in the WooCommerce settings. If you’re receiving the test emails, please check the ‘From Email’ and ‘Reply-To’ settings in WooCoommerce. The ‘From Email’ in the WooCommerce should be the one used to setup SMTP.
I hope this helps!

I didn’t change any setings, i have most common setting and are same like for two other shops.
We just moved instalation and change domain name. But it seems like email are sending from this old domain and secondly they didn’t reach mailbox – but test email do.

any solution for that?
No one can receive any e-mail aprat from test one.
When I remove also plugin and install again i noticed it has old settings. How to remove it completely and install from scratch?
Regards
Hi @webhk,
To delete the plugin completely, please go to WP Mail SMTP > Settings > Misc to select Uninstall WP Mail SMTP and save the settings. When you delete the plugin in the Plugins page, the previous settings should be deleted as well.
Hope this helps!
Hi @webhk – We haven’t heard from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and mark this ticket resolved. If you still have questions, though, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.
