Added Coupon not Showing

Hi. I added a new coupon, same as I always have. Double checked to make sure setting and shortcode were all correct. But, for some reason, this latest coupon is not showing up with the other ones. I tried over an hour messing with things trying to get it to work and it just would not. Help please. Thank you!
