Customize “Delivered” email issue

    Hi @totingara,

    Can you please tell us which theme you use on your website? So we can test delivered email customizer with that theme and check.

    Hi Zorem, my Theme is Flatsome 2.9.6. With Flatsome 3.x.x it works. Maybe the issue appear only with the oldest versions of Flatsome.

    Hi @totingara,

    We checked customizer with the latest version of Flatsome and its working fine. Maybe there is some conflict issue with some other plugin. Please check console if there are any js error and also check with deactivating all other plugins instead of WooCommerce and AST.
