    Please note:

    1. Please provide screenshots and details like what other plugins or theme you have active on your site
    2. If I can’t figure out what’s wrong, create a free test site (eg poopy.life) where you make the problem happen, and I can get more details
    3. Please reply to topics within at least a week. After that the issue will be closed until you respond
    4. We love feature requests! But I will move feature requests from to our GitHub repository and close the WordPress.org support issue

    And yes, support sure is free! 😆
