    Hello,

    Hope you are doing great.

    I recently created a game and I am having errors calculating the results. I have used the Force Calculation option but I keep getting this error

    Score and ranking calculation
    Please do not interrupt this process.
    Sit back and relax, this may take a while 🙂

    Not Found

    Time elapsed: 00:00:12
    Estimated time left: 00:01:02

    I tried to use this option but my site became inaccessible after I modified the wp-config file. I have restored the site now
    <?php
    define( ‘FOOTBALLPOOL_FORCE_CALCULATION’ , true );

    Kindly assist,

    Regards,
    Simon

    If you want to force the calculation, you only have to use the following line in your wp-config.php file:

    define( 'FOOTBALLPOOL_FORCE_CALCULATION' , true );

    Remember to remove the line after a calculation has finished successfully.

    If the problem persists, then maybe you can give me temp access to your admin. I can then try to do some debugging.

    Hello AntioneH,

    Thank you for your feedback.

    I added it to the wp=config.php file and ran the force calculation from the help page but still had the same error as I shared earlier.

    I would be open to sharing access to my admin section for you to have a look at. Can I share it here?

    See below my wp-config extract here, possibly you can review how I added it for any errors as well.

    Best Regards,
    Simon

    Hello AntioneH,

    Hope you are doing great.

    Please, I still await your feedback. I am currently running a league using the plugin and my ranking is two games behind. Players are beginning to complain.

    Best Regards,
    Simon

    Hi Simon,

    I am sorry, but I kinda lost track of the status of your problem. If the calculation is still giving problems, I would want to suggest to get in touch with your webhosting company to request if they can give some assistance. The error/message “Not Found” is not generated by my code, which makes me think there is another problem (maybe the AJAX script is being blocked).

    Or, if I look at the amount of users in your ranking, it could also be that you’re running into some problem on the server (resources). You can try to find out – with the help of your hosting company – if this is the case and if you can do anything to optimize performance.
