lost my admin priveleges

    Everything on my dashboard is gone, except my profile and tools. Appearance, widgets, etc. is all gone. how do I get it back?

    Hi,

    First reset your permission to the admin level by login into the admin login. If you do not have the admin login details then you can reset its password from database.

    – Disable all the plugins and remove all the vulnerable plugins.

    when I tried to login earlier today, I was told my password didn’t work. So after 2-3 tries I asked to reset the password. After I did that, I was able to login, but now it seems it doesn’t recognize me. i am allowed to log in to admin, but none of my stuuf is there, except as noted earlier.
