    No, I want to exclude part of the php code.

    You can use Page Fragment Caching and wrap the specific PHP with mfunc. You can check more details about Page Fragment Caching in our wiki page.
    You can also use Fragment Caching, which is an extension in W3 Total Cache and only available after upgrading to pro. You can also check more about Fragment Caching in our wiki page.
