Customizing the Sign Up Button?

    Hello. Is there a way to customize the Sign Up button so that it is on the right side of the email opt-in form with no space between the two, instead of showing up underneath the email opt-in form? I would like to make it look like the email sign-up form that is located in the footer of the Vans website underneath “SUBSCRIBE” as you can see here: https://www.vans.com/

    Is this possible?
