Error Output File

    We are using contact form 7 with contact form database (CFDB) version 2.10.34

    I see a option for email error file but I am not getting any email. What exactly does this give me in terms of information, want to be able to track or get notify of contacts forms submission errors like bad email or such or where it would be located on a WordPress FTP folder.
