Problem with Date and Time

    My admin panel and calendar are showing today’s date as February 17, 2003. I didn’t notice until after I updated my CSS and a few PHP files. None of the changes had anything to do with the date or time. I only moved a few things around to make it look different but did not change how anything functions. I don’t even know if this happened before or after I updated the files so I can’t be sure if the updates are what caused the problem or not.

    I installed the timezone plugin to try to fix it but according to the admin panel it is still Feb. 2003.

    I don’t want to post anything until this is fixed because I want the post dates to be correct. How do I fix this?

    Update: Before doing the changes to any files, I had set up a new user. The email sent to me for the new user name is also dated Feb. 17, 2003 so the updates I made to the css & php files are not the cause of the error on the date & time.

    I still need to know how to fix it though.
