Issue. Paypal email is root@root..

    I was sure I updated this!
    Had Stripe payments.
    But paypal for first time today, buyer paid, but the amount has vanished?!

    It says this in the order section:

    Payment pending (unilateral). Order status changed from Pending payment to On hold.

    I don’t know where the money is now?

    I googled the above and it says PAYPAL holding for 21 days for ‘high risk’ payments, more like making money on interest in the bank!

    Can someone please let me know if they have any info on this issue?

    I am guessing the payment has just been held because the email it was trying to send to was root.root… I have asked buyer to ask for payment back and I will need to sort!

    If they paid the wrong address (root@root) then it would not be able to record a payment.

    Make sure the correct address is in the settings page, then you should not have any further issues.
