Hi

I am interested buy this plugin, I have one question please, I would like a background video to autoplay on a page and this work fine on a desktop device but on mobile device the video doesn’t play.

Would this plugin resolve this issue and I can autoplay videos on a slider on mobile phone.

Hi Shebaz,

Unfortunately, Video auto play policy was changed by Google last year. Auto play now depends on the Media Engagement Index of the user on your website. You can read more about it here:
https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2017/09/autoplay-policy-changes

Problem is that there is no proper method to override this. So auto play will work in some cases if user has interacted with videos on your website before. Otherwise, not.

What about if the video is muted? will the video autoplay on mobile device?

Yes, that should work. Mute option is available with the plugin.
