Modal Popup suddenly does not work

The EAE Modal Popup has been working perfectly for a long time, and suddenly it does not work anymore on my website.

I have made them so that it is a button with text and when you click it, a picture appears. I have changed these pictures a couple of times, and have never experienced any problems with it. But today, when I had to change them again, suddenly no picture appears when you click the button – just the background darkens, as if the picture is shown, except no picture is there.

Is it maybe because of a faulty update of the plugin, or what has happened?
What can I do to make it work again? It’s very urgent.
