The contact form does not work

Hello everyone.
I have just installed the Snow theme, very nice I have to say, everything works for me except the contact form which does not send all the fields by email, and a field sends it as a Phone when it should be text, it can be seen by inspecting the page that there is a wrong configuration. I don’t know where to find the file to make corrections, can anyone help me?
