UpdraftPlus unexpected token

    I am trying to restore my site using Updraftplus. But I get this error message.
    Retrieving (if necessary) and preparing backup files…

    updraft_send_command: error: SyntaxError: Unexpected token in JSON at position 10 (502)

    What does this mean, and how could it be solved?

    Hi,

    The usual cause of an HTTP 502 is a timeout in PHP-FPM. Can you consult your web hosting company to check if that is the case, and what they suggest?

    Thank you. I found out that it’s because of outdated PHP version and ‘json’ not enabled. Once I changed the settings, it worked just fine. Thanks
