In plugin settings, switch the “File storage” to “WP Media” option.
It seems you are using some limited shared hosting, that doesn’t allow you to use not accessibale from web folders on the server.
We leaved the option to switch back to “legacy” file storage, just switch in settings

The secure location was the default selection for me after a recent update. I’m trying to access those files for previous job entries and cannot find those files anywhere. I also cannot find documentation for where those files may be stored or if they’re just gone.
The files were not attached to the email that was sent to our jobs inbox.

Hi @robkane,
By default plugin now trying to place files in one level up from sites root folder. If your server is not allowing this, you can swich back to Legacy way of storing files froms settings. But unfortunetly files that were tried to save to secure location probably gone now…
